Home Sweet Home

On Saturday night, as I laid Dominic into his crib at 11:30pm after a long car ride home from Long Island, he literally said "aaaahhh." As much fun as we had during our visit, even Dominic was glad to sleep in his own bed.

Dominic had such a blast visiting with his cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents. He couldn't get a enough of them and I think the reverse was true too. He really became quite the ham trying to entertain the crowd and make everyone laugh. Besides hanging out, playing with tons of toys and E-A-T-I-N-G the whole time, Dominic got to play in the snow, learn a little something about lacrosse from cousin Jake, visit Uncle Louie's new fish store, go to the Children's Museum with Grandma and Grandpa and meet baby Alex for the first time. (What a cutie!)

It is always bittersweet to leave, but Vinny and I were just as, if not more, glad to sleep in our own bed and be back home!
