New Playground

Our house is the 3rd to last on the block before a very large gap in the houses. We had always figured that this spot would just remain empty. Much to our surprise a couple of weeks ago, trucks starting bringing in playground equipment and shortly after a brand new playground was constructed. Our last snow storm and a lot of rain slowed down the progress a bit, but it is finally completed! We are so excited to have this so close to our house and it's got plenty of things to keep Dominic and all of his playmates busy for years to come. They are also in the process of putting up a pergola with some picnic tables underneath. I foresee many picnic lunches with playtime afterwards in our future!
